Welcome back Space Jam!

I don’t know how many people remember this, but back in 1996 Michael Jordan starred in a beloved movie called Space Jam. In the movie, Jordan had switched his career from basketball to baseball. The movie switches to the toon world, home of the looney tune characters bug bunny, Lola bunny, daffy duck, porky pig, and all the others. Swackhammer, greedy owner of Moron Mountain, sends his underlings to capture the looney tunes so he can use them as attractions for his amusement park. The Looney Tunes recruit Michael Jordan when the looney tunes agree to a competition. Michael and The Looney Tunes compete in a game of basketball for their freedom. The film was a success.

Years later, we’re finally getting a much deserved sequel to the film. In Space Jam: A New Legacy, basktball star Lebron James and his son Dom do not see eye to eye about Dom’s future. While Lebron wants his son to follow in his footsteps, Dom wants to become a video game designer. Dom gets kidnapped by a A.I known as Al Gy Rythm. Lebron now has to assemble a basketball team, made up of Looney Tune characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Granny, Lola Bunny, and Granny, in order to win the game and rescue his son. This adventure will take him across other properties owned by Warner Brothers such as DC Comics, and oh yeah did anybody see King Kong in the trailer!
